1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Locations
Cuibono LLC currently ships from the United States to:

All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

International destinations in select countries (displayed at checkout)
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain oversized items.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track your shipment directly through your Cuibono account or the carrier’s website.
5. Free Shipping Offers
We periodically offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders above a certain value.
Please check the homepage or product pages for current promotions.
Free shipping applies to the subtotal (before taxes and after discounts).
6. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cuibono LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any additional charges once the package reaches your country.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@cuibonobrand.com].
Include your order number and photos of the package and product.
We’ll investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist further.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can make changes only before your order has shipped.
