Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • With hygiene liners (if applicable) intact

  • In original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

 

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

  • Any customs duties or international taxes paid are non-refundable

 

 


 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us first. Availability is subject to stock, and additional shipping costs may apply.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs fees or duties related to the return
