Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

CUIBONO is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CUIBONO is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
